Accounting Manager

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of
trust accounting, property management, and real estate accounting.Prior experience in property management accounting is required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage trust accounts and ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
• Collaborate with management on budgets, forecasts, and audits
• Support process improvements and problem-solving initiatives
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Communicate with property owners, vendors, and management to resolve accounting inquiries

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience (vacation rental or property management preferred)
• 2+ years of trust accounting experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and property management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
