Overview

SGA Lists is seeking Live Events Managers in your local market. Seasonal Contractor Work. Days, nights, and weekends covering major venues and sporting events in major markets across the United States. Locations:
Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Southampton, Long Island, Miami, West Palm Beach, Saratoga Springs, New York City.

SGA Lists, SGA Hospitality is a premier hospitality firm gearing up for the spring and summer seasons. We are currently seeking experienced Live Events Managers (Contractor) to own and execute our presence at events in a local market. Working alongside and collaborating with a SGA Team member, the Events Manager will manage all aspects of event execution—from logistics and readiness to going live.

About You:

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute event presence at local markets by managing logistics, readiness, and live execution at events.
  • Collaborate with a SGA team member to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Manage inventory, shipments, and event readiness, with the ability to work from the NYC office as required.
  • Anticipate and address challenges to maintain the highest standards of event execution.
  • Juggle multiple projects and responsibilities while maintaining organization and efficiency.
  • Deliver events on time, within scope, and aiming to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Build relationships with clients and translate their vision into meticulous planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience coordinating event logistics, execution, and on-site operations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience tracking event performance metrics such as leads generated, meetings booked, pipeline influenced, and ROI.
  • Comfort working in a contractor capacity within a fast-paced marketing organization.
  • Ability to work from the NYC office as required to manage inventory, shipments, and event readiness.
