The On‑Site Manager ensures seamless site operations, profitable growth, and the successful implementation of the Manpower Service Delivery model at client locations or assigned portfolio. In addition to providing leadership, oversight, and direction to the service team, the On‑Site Manager is responsible for delivering a positive experience for both clients and talent. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and the smooth execution of all service processes, acting as the primary point of contact for client communications and service excellence.

- Strategic Oversight & Problem Solving
- Service Delivery & Reporting – Oversees data entry, time entry, payroll, and invoicing. Conducts quarterly contract compliance audits and documents safety reports.
- Client Reporting – Prepares and delivers client‑specific reports, ensuring data accuracy and reconciled timesheets.
- Order Management – Processes additional client orders, real‑time adjustments, and resource coordination.
- Talent Engagement & Support – Conducts new‑hire check‑ins, addresses concerns, and offers support.
- Performance & Safety Feedback – Reviews performance metrics, safety concerns, and promotes continuous improvement.
- End‑of‑Day Wrap‑Up – Finalizes safety reports, corrects time discrepancies, validates reports, and ensures smooth next‑day operations.
- Required – 3+ years in staffing or sales;
High school diploma or equivalent;
Digital literacy (MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook, Workforce Management Systems). - Nice to Have – Bachelor’s degree;
Previous experience in Client Environment;
On‑site management experience in staffing/workforce solutions industry.
