As a Director, you will be tasked with providing day to day leadership in operations and supporting the Executive Director and Operator to create and pursue business goals and strategies. This individual must learn to be proficient in all areas of the business operations in order to possibly oversee scheduling, inventory, training, and having crucial coaching conversations with team members.

Director Responsibilities

* Set the tone each day through attitude and effort in leading yourself and your team (this is a highly operational role with 60% of time or more dedicated to this)

* Be aware of and be prepared to train new team members effectively

* Coach shift leaders to run shifts as they effectively hit goals and metrics

* Create a leadership pipeline that continues to build out the organizational chart and grow the business, starting in the kitchen

* Collaborate with executive director team, operator, and other team members as we pursue excellence in operations together

* Oversee careful stewardship of all equipment and communicate needs when necessary

* Actively participate in bi-weeky leadership meetings

* Assess feedback from guests and other metrics to create strategies to confront the opportunities identified

* Monitor inventory and communicate if there are any needs

* Create a culture of care and ensure that each team member is being challenged to grow personally and professionally

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 18 years of age upon hire date

* Eligible to legally perform work in the United States

* Ability to provide constructive feedback to team members

* Ability to lift 35 pounds

* Strong operational awareness and intuitive decision making skills

* Others focused mentality in pursuing providing remarkable experiences for guests and fellow team members

* Treat each person with honor, dignity, and respect

* Ability to create an environment focused on collaboration and growth

* Education:

High school degree or higher

* Preferred: 1-2 years of leadership experience
