We are seeking a Technical Project Manager, responsible for providing action‑oriented leadership to drive the delivery of our motion solutions. This position requires the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization, establish and execute project schedules, clearly communicate project status, and manage project priorities and risks. At times and when the situation allows, you may travel to customer sites to gain a better understanding and drive success.

This role partners closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, product management, and commercial teams to drive execution of complex technical programs, manage project risks, and support the development of innovative motion control and automation solutions that deliver value to customers worldwide.

Qualifications
  • Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required;
    Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing or related industries, with a track record of leading cross‑functional projects
  • Strong project management skills: scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Experience coordinating teams across multiple functions (engineering, operations, quality, marketing, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, team members, and clients
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and process adherence
  • Experience interfacing directly with customers, managing expectations, and facilitating successful outcomes
  • Experience leading or contributing to product development initiatives designed to meet customer needs or address market opportunities
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to drive project/process efficiency and quality
  • Proven ability to manage projects with evolving requirements or high‑level objectives, translating ambiguity into clear plans and actionable steps
Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of product‑related initiatives from initiation through delivery and closeout, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Lead projects driven by customer requirements, market expansion, or new product introduction initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines, budget, and scope.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring teams are aligned on goals, priorities, and responsibilities.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage risks, issues, and changes to keep projects on track.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Translate evolving or high‑level project goals into structured plans, ensuring progress and alignment across teams.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and contractual commitments.
  • Participate in problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, applying Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement tools.
