** What you'll do*
* + You will supervise Houly personnel on the Contract Management team
+ You will perform customer service tasks to resolve contractual issues for clients, company personnel, and subcontract partners
+ You will manage I9 review and identification badging processes for internal and subcontract personnel
+ You will ensure contract documents are properly input and updated in company systems
+ You will prepare and publish performance reports for company leadership
+ You will perform periodic contract compliance audits
+ You will oversee subcontractor insurance compliance, including review of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
+ You will develop, document, and maintain Contract Management team processes
+ You will assume additional duties as assigned
** What you'll need*
* + You'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
+ You'll need experience administering contracts
+ You'll need to be proficient with Microsoft and Google Business Applications (Excel, Smartsheets and Google sheets)
+ You'll need excellent analytical skills
+ You'll need to have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
+ You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ You'll need to have the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment
