We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Wake Forest, NC area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain the safety of team members.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. They ensure high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, and drive the sales initiatives of Mavis. Service Managers communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensure customer satisfaction with their in‑store experience, and strive to meet customer expectations.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, OR automotive repairs/maintenance, OR a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
