Position Title:
Branch Manager
This position is primarily responsible for the overall sales and operations management of the branch. The incumbent is the directing sales manager for the branch. The primary focus is the origination and expansion of new to bank customers and performance coaching of the branch team. The incumbent oversees daily branch activities, processes loan requests, solicits new accounts, ensures effective operations of branch staff and facilities, and adheres to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Generate high-value customer relationships through sales leads and outbound calling to establish new customers and retain and expand existing relationships.
- Execute and coach sales strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants using FNB approved branch technology.
- Handle lifecycle of new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Manage and coach branch team and facility to ensure operating according to FNB standards.
- Conduct daily sales meetings, execute all HR responsibilities, participate in ongoing education for self and team, and lead sales camps per Market Manager.
- Ensure branch meets quality standards and maintain operational integrity, compliance, audit, and security requirements.
- Assign team operational responsibilities and perform operational duties per policies and procedures as needed.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications Minimum Level of EducationHigh School or GED.
Minimum # of Years of Job Related Experience3 years.
Skills- Excellent management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software (MS Word
- Basic Level, MS Excel
- Intermediate Level, MS Power Point
- Basic Level). - BA or BS preferred. Experience in a related position.
- Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
