Location: Swansboro

As an Assistant Manager at Moore's Olde Tyme Barbeque, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. You will lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance. Your role will involve managing resources, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting, to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

You will also be instrumental in implementing health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies. Ultimately, your leadership will drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth within the establishment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the accommodation or food services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to the hospitality sector.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and inventory effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Hospitality Management or Food Safety.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences in the BBQ and food service industry.
  • Multilingual abilities to engage with a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities
