Lead weekly shifts and oversee crew and other managers to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and adherence to McDonald’s standards;

Ensure food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, cleanliness, and safety;
Provide training and coaching to crew and fellow managers to meet targets and department goals;
Support scheduling and maintain high levels of customer service and quality
