What You'll Do- Oversee daily collision center operations to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Drive shop productivity, cycle time performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and develop estimators, technicians, painters, and support staff
- Build strong relationships with insurance adjusters, DRP partners, vendors, and customers
- Manage parts procurement, inventory control, and quality assurance processes
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve operational performance
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a superior customer experience
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Partner with senior leadership to achieve growth objectives and business goals
- Competitive base salary: $100,000 - $130,000

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of collision center, body shop, or auto repair management experience
- Demonstrated success leading teams and improving operational performance
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance claims, DRP relationships, and repair planning
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Proficiency with CCC ONE or comparable collision management software
- ASE Certifications
- I-CAR Training or Certification
- Valid Driver's License
