- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
Demonstrates strong leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams while effectively managing customer financial needs through tailored solutions. Possesses extensive experience in banking and financial services, with a focus on operational soundness and risk management.
