Job Overview
Onsite Operations Manager – Sunbelt Rentals
Sunbelt’s Onsite Operations Manager is empowered to execute projects so we can make it happen for our customers. The manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.
Responsibilities- Execute projects to meet customer requirements.
- Manage revenue, profit and loss, employee performance, facilities and equipment, and dispatch operations.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring project completion on time, managing budgets, coordinating travel and operations, and maintaining safety standards.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system.
- Project management skills.
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $65,000.00 - $
Paid time off: 12-25 vacation days depending on years of service; 5 sick days; 6 holidays; 2 half‑day holidays; 2 floating holidays; 1 inclusion day; 1 volunteer day.
Benefits eligibility begins on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date.
