POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Minuteman Convenience store. As the salaried General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the store team, and achieving business targets. This salaried position will manage a complex, high performance, high volume, location based on annual inside sales exceeding $900k.

Foster a customer-centric environment by training and motivating the store team to deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing store team, including sales associates, cashiers, and other support staff.
