Regional Manager are primarily responsible for providing leadership, support, and direction to GMC Dental locations in their service area. Regional Supervisors will oversee the operations of the facilities in their region and help toensuresthat company policies and procedures are carried out and that established GMC standards are being met. The position of Regional Manager is as much a support role, as it is a leadership role.
Regional Manager will work alongside the Site Leader at each location to implement GMC protocols and processes, identify and resolve issues, while also managing staff.
The daily tasks of a Regional Manager generally include:
Collaborate with Site Leaders in your assigned territory and corporate management team members to achieve excellent customer service, adherence to GMC protocols both clinically and operationally
Travel to each facility location to provide management support and perform rounds alongside the Site Leader (no less than 2 times a month).
Monitor staff, processes, and policies to ensure the highest quality care of patients
Educate and train all onboarding Site Leaders in your territory to GMC policies and protocols
Serves as a resource to staff for solving site concerns
OverseeGMC processes within the site
Oversee employee management and staffing
Assist with annual
Site Leader evaluations
Assistfacilitieswith resolving and implementing any needed processes to correct any identified issues found during routine site visit audits
Collaborates with Director of Operations on the status of the facility and any identified concerns with the goal of improving the quality of care delivered
Attend and ensure staff meetings are taking place, action items are recorded, and follow up to action items are completed.
Regional Supervisors will report directly to the Director of Operations
