Role Overview
:
Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping customer products inside a warehousing being operated on either a public or contract basis by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
STARTING PAYRATE
: $83k - $103k per year (negotiable depending on experience)
PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE
:
Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm
Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed
What You'll Do- Plans and coordinates workload between employees and with customer to provide the smoothest possible performance.
- Coordinates with organic maintenance support or outside contractors to ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety for both personnel and customer inventories.
- Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
- Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve production, cost, and customer service goals.
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience.
