This position will work a third‑shift schedule, Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00p to 8:00a for the duration of one‑year. At Bigham Cable Construction, as an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the sharing management over assigned projects and ensure the accuracy, completeness, safety, and profitability of each.

- Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project;
- Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance;
- Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project;
- Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project;
- The ability to manage multiple projects to completion;
- The ability to function effectively in a high‑stress situation;
- The ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Valid state driver’s license (non‑provisional) with a clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
- Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
