Service Manager

Wynn Odom Ford Inc is seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join our team in La Grange, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving overall service efficiency and profitability.

• Manage daily service department operations to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Supervise and support service staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Coordinate service schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their service needs and concerns promptly.
• Monitor service metrics and implement strategies to improve department performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and Ford standards.

• Proven experience in automotive service management or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with Ford automotive systems and software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications preferred.
