Electrical Project Executive

Take executive responsibility for large-scale construction projects involving electrical systems, from strategic direction and execution planning through successful delivery. Oversee customer partnerships and financial results while guiding the teams responsible for project outcomes.

• Establish the overall approach for major electrical builds and provide executive-level direction throughout delivery.
• Guide project managers along with site superintendents and field leaders.
• Build productive customer relationships and keep project expectations aligned.
• Assess budgets, timelines, potential risks, and progress against project objectives.
• Support strategic planning, purchasing decisions, and coordination of specialty trade partners.
• Champion safe working practices, consistent workmanship, and effective operations.

• At least 10 years in leadership roles within electrical construction.
• Experience delivering large projects involving industrial facilities, manufacturing sites, data centers, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly.
• Applicable licensing obligations and requirements specific to the jurisdiction will be clarified as part of screening.

Location: Hamlet, NC

Pay: $185,000 to $300,000 per year
