• Oversee all aspects of pool installation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency from start to finish
• Supervise and support field teams, providing guidance and conducting performance reviews
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall plans to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to project team members
• Maintain accurate project records and handle administrative duties in the office
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction

• Valid NC Driver’s license
• At least 2 years of experience in the pool or landscape industry
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
