The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of their location, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This position is responsible for driving profitability through effective cost control, project sales, and managing operations. The General Manager will lead a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing incentive programs to motivate staff and enhance customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the General Manager will be accountable for achieving financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality parts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma with proven experience in managing entire operations at one location.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L and cost control.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate sales and project management.
- Familiarity with incentivizing and motivating employees to their greatest productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, to inform decision-making.
