Restaurant District Manager

District Manager

We are looking to add a competent and impactful District Manager to our team. This is ideal for a candidate with QSR multi-unit experience in the range of 3-5 restaurants. This is a very hands-on role, so we want leaders who are accustomed to being in a location, as opposed to those overseeing 10+ restaurants.

District Manager Requirements:

• A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
• A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
• Must have high-volume QSR or Fast Casual experience.
• Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
• Hands-on leadership style; this is NOT an administrative role.
• Ability to develop leaders using a servant mentality approach

District Manager Compensation:

• Competitive salary 80-90k base.

This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations, working alongside your direct reports and teams. This role will typically encompass longer days, 5 days a week, with no late nights.
