The CNC Operator is responsible for building the frame sections of the garage doors. The operator must be able to read and understand engineering or CAD drawings in order to build frames to quality standards and their specifications. The CNC Operator must produce the doors to set production rates to meet company and customer demand. A general knowledge of basic construction methodologies and practices or the ability to comprehend and apply these requirements are mandatory.
Candidates should be a team player and be able to adhere to a continuous improvement environment.

Essential Functions- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and effectively
- Read and understand work instructions
- Communicate issues or suggestions for improvement with work procedures and processes
- Visualize the completed product and apply forward thinking to achieve the desired result of the end product
- Assemble frames to meet CAD drawing specifications for accuracy and quality
- Assemble frames in a timely manner to achieve production requirements
- Strive to achieve performance measures and established goals and action plans, through measured performance data
- Comprehend and maintain current and changing technical and product knowledge
- Keep supervisor or management informed of any unusual matters of significance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow company policy and procedures
- Adhere to safety specifications
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
