Location: Claremont, NC
Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsible for assembling and inspecting furniture frames in a dynamic, fast‑paced distribution center.

• Obtain pre‑constructed frame parts from pallet by pushing, pulling, and lifting onto workstation.
• Assemble the frame parts based on design specifications and measurements.
• Ensure the frames are square, level, and ground off level to achieve a smooth outside edge and prevent staples on the outside of the frame.
• Inspect frames for defects such as misalignments, warping, cracks, staples and make corrections as needed.

• At least 3 years of frame building experience in a furniture manufacturing environment.
• Ability to keep accurate records and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment to assure delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret simple frame assembly instructions commonly placed in a frame assembly manual.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to frequently lift objects weighing 75 lbs or more.
• Ability to bend and twist as required to assemble frames.
