Cable Production Line Operator

Night shift available; 6:45 pm – 7:00 am. Health benefits (Medical, Pharmacy, Dental & Vision) eligible on the first day of hire. 401(k) with a 6% company match. Referral program and other benefits noted below. This is a full-time manufacturing role with emphasis on safety and adherence to procedures.

• Comply with all applicable safety procedures and ISO 14001 EMS guidelines
• Work safely and maintain a clean, orderly work area
• Complete proper documentation (tags, logbooks, material return tags, labor entries in computer)
• Operate with minimal supervision and follow written instructions and schedules
• Distinguish colors as required and lift or move up to 50 lbs (some tasks may require more)
• Use SAP and SAP Quality Management programs as needed
• Team communication, especially with relief shifts
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

• High School diploma or equivalent; ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
• Some manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be able to learn basic computer transactions and become certified SAP User
• Must have good English verbal and written communication skills and reliable attendance
• Must have basic math skills and the ability to perform necessary measurements
• Must be able to distinguish colors
• Must be capable of lifting or moving 50 lbs (occasionally up to 75 lbs)
