Job SummaryCID Attachments is seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician with at least 4 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within industrial or manufacturing environments. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing building systems and industrial machinery, performing routine facility maintenance, and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform general building maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, door repairs, and basic fixture replacements.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on facility systems and industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with the cleaning, organization, and overall upkeep of facilities to support a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain and service compressors, pumps, plasma cutting machines, welders, and other industrial equipment.
- Keep detailed documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
- 4+ years of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with proven problem-solving skills.
- Experience performing general building maintenance and basic repairs.
- Working knowledge of industrial machinery such as compressors, pumps, plasma cutters, and welders.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various physical conditions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different job sites as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends as business needs arise
