We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector with hands‑on manufacturing experience—someone comfortable working on the production floor performing measuring, weighing, visual inspection, and documentation of plastic parts.

• $16.50/hr
• Weekly Pay + $100 Attendance Bonus every 2 weeks
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 1:30am (Mon – Thu, 4x10 schedule)

• Inspect plastic components using calipers, scales, and other measuring tools
• Perform visual, dimensional, and documentation checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Audit production processes and identify defects
• Work with Production, Supervisors, and Maintenance to adjust machines and correct failures
• Read and understand quality documents, drawings, and specifications
• Record inspection results and daily audit findings
• Assist with training production employees on quality standards
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all quality procedures

• At least 1 year manufacturing experience
• 6+ months machine operation experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a hot, fast‑paced environment (shorts allowed!)
• Strong manual dexterity, basic math skills, and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• On your feet up to 10 hours/day

Manufacturing production floor with moderate high noise levels. PPE required (safety glasses, hearing protection; others as needed). Hot temperatures—hydration encouraged at all times.
