CNC Machinist​/Programmer

Job Overview

Fulton Technology is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist capable of programming, setting up, and running their own jobs. This role requires full ownership of machining processes and quality control in a fast-paced job-shop environment. Candidates must be comfortable working independently and using machines with Fanuc controls.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Select tooling, work holding, and machining strategies
• Perform first-article and in-process inspection
• Maintain responsibility for part quality and documentation
• Troubleshoot programs and machining issues
• Maintain safe and organized work area

• Experience programming, setting up, and running CNC machines
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls
• Ability to read blueprints and hold tolerances
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and self-management

• Feature
