What You'll Be Doing

* Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move and load materials

* Inspect, maintain, and report equipment conditions to ensure reliable operation

* Support production goals by supplying material to crushers, conveyors, and stockpiles

* Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

* Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities

* Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently

* Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures

* Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

* Skill in identifying equipment issues and reporting them promptly

* Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to learn site processes

Conditions of Employment

* Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
