Play a key role in keeping our feed manufacturing operations running strong as a Feed Mill Clean Up Laborer. This position supports all areas of the feed mill, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality feed production through hands-on operational and facility support. You’ll gain exposure to multiple aspects of feed manufacturing, including operations, receiving, dispatch, feed scheduling, and food safety practices, while working as part of a team committed to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

This position has a base rate of $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6:00am
-3:00pm (must be available to respond to work demands as required).

• Operate a forklift to unload deliveries.
• Shovel grain into bins.
• Pressure wash areas of the mill.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. reasonable distances.
• Fulfill other general housekeeping duties and assist other departments when called upon.

• Reading, writing and math skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Exposed to existing weather conditions while outside and controlled room/machine conditions while inside work is performed.
• Exposed to air born dust, chemicals such as Formaldehyde, Peroxide, caustic cleaners/disinfectants and industrial lubricants.
• Must have the ability to move through the facility and carry required equipment, tools which could weigh as much as 100 lbs.
• Must wear required safety equipment including necessary PPE, respirators, etc. as required.
