Job Description
Assure production unit is serviced with incoming materials by verifying parts, quantities, locating materials in proper locations and accurately performing inventory transactions.
* Receiving incoming materials by verifying parts and quantities.
* Locating materials in proper locations.
* Have knowledge and understanding of bill of ladings and shipping/receiving.
* Accurate scanning of materials to and from discrete locations.
* Must have knowledge of People Soft system.
* Supplying production lines with materials.
* Weighing and dumping of scrap hoppers.
* Dumping of glass hoppers.
* Cleanliness of all material areas and loading docks.
* Loading and unloading of trucks.
* Reporting of any material shortages.
* Must abide by all Comfort Bilt policies.
* Must be courteous and maintain a good working relationship with supervisor and co-workers.
* Other duties as assigned.
