Join our team as a Security & Maintenance Technician in Wendell, NC.

This is an overnight position.

This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain security of the plant, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support production operations, including overnight tasks such as plasma cleaning, soldering cables, and other production-related activities as required.
  • Conduct inspections and audits for safety, emergency preparedness, 6S standards, and supplies management.
  • Support overall operations as needed to ensure seamless daily startup and continuous production flow.
  • Implement and maintain maintenance programs while complying with corporate and legal requirements.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required;
    Associate’s degree or technical certificate preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on technical skills.
  • Safety-conscious with EHS knowledge considered a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality operational standards.
