* Job Summary:

* Adecco is seeking a skilled
** Mechanical Assembly Technician
** to perform a variety of complex assembly and troubleshooting tasks. This role is responsible for building high-quality products, conducting testing, and preparing finished goods for shipment to customers. The ideal candidate has strong technical experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Follow all safety policies and consistently practice safe work habits
+ Assemble complex electrical and mechanical systems using detailed drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
+ Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete assemblies
+ Perform fabrication tasks such as cutting, bending, drilling, and punching as needed
+ Set up and conduct functional testing of assemblies
+ Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
+ Complete and document quality inspections and testing
+ Meet production schedules by organizing and completing tasks efficiently
+ Handle materials and prepare products for shipment, including packaging and crating
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including equipment upkeep
+ Accurately record time and materials for production reporting
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
+ Assist with cross-training and support less experienced team members

* Qualifications:
*
* + High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
+ 3-5 years of experience in complex electrical and mechanical assembly
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows systems
+ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
+ Willingness to work overtime on Fridays as needed
+ Ability to lift at least 30 lbs multiple times per day and perform physical job duties
