Sanderson Farms - - Responsibilities:
Unload incoming trucks and operate auto-receiving system to route ingredients into correct bins.;
Unload incoming trucks, inspect material against documents, and rotate stock to maximize storage efficiency.;
Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment, and communicate malfunctions to appropriate personnel.;
Ensure bins and storage areas do not overflow and maintain housekeeping and safety compliance (FSMA, FDA, GMP);
Coordinate batching schedules and production with appropriate personnel to maximize efficiency
