Sanderson Farms - - Responsibilities:
Unload incoming trucks and operate auto-receiving system to place ingredients into correct bins;
Perform housekeeping, maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed;
Conduct quality checks on ingredients and rotate stock;
Communicate batching schedules and coordinate production with appropriate personnel;
Operate forklift and pallet jack as required
