The work model for this role is onsite at the Pinetops, NC facility.
- Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi‑finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing where integrated with production lines.
- Perform work manually or by using light hand tools.
- Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
- Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to systems and processes.
- Use machinery and equipment on the shop floor as required.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions for the assembly of products, systems, and panels.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Knowledge and use of tools—tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools—as needed.
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
The manufacturing plant environment involves hands‑on and technical tasks, with occasional lifting of materials, climbing stairs or ladders, and walking. Employees may be required to bend, twist, or stand for extended periods. Frequent computer use is necessary for data entry, monitoring, and communication.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toed shoes is required to ensure a safe working environment. Adhering to safety guidelines is essential for all team members.
