We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our fast‑paced manufacturing facility. We specialize in precision machining and fabrication for the aircraft engine industry, and we need an inspector who understands the "how" and "why" behind high‑spec components.
Flexible OpportunityWe are currently offering this position as either Full‑Time or Part‑Time to fit your schedule.
Core Responsibilities- Mechanical Inspection: Perform rigorous inspections of machined parts to ensure total accuracy.
- Assembly Verification: Inspect and verify welded assemblies for structural integrity and spec compliance.
- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret complex, customer‑supplied mechanical drawings.
- Quality Standards: Ensure every part leaving the shop meets our 60‑year reputation for excellence.
- Shop Fluency: Prior experience in a machine shop environment is required.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of milling, turning, welding, and fabrication (Steel and Aluminum).
- Documentation: Ability to accurately record inspection data.
- Skills: Computer literacy and experience with materials management/inventory is a significant plus.
- Flexibility: Open to Full‑Time or Part‑Time candidates.
