Medical Device Assembler – Youngsville, NC
Pay: $16-16/50/hr
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Overtime may be required based on production needs. Overtime may include extended weekday hours or occasional Friday work (typically ending around noon).
We are seeking detail-oriented Medical Device Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Youngsville, NC. This position involves assembling small medical devices, including plastic tubing and related components, in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and can follow strict quality standards and procedures.
Responsibilities- Assemble small medical device components according to detailed work instructions
- Work with plastic tubing and other small parts
- Perform bonding and assembly processes as required
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Follow all clean room, safety, and quality procedures
- Accurately complete production documentation
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or medical device experience strongly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high quality standards
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Clean room environment with strict quality requirements
- Company-provided PPE must be worn at all times
- Strict policies regarding jewelry, hair, cosmetics, and personal items
- Climate-controlled, air‑conditioned facility
- Minimal lifting required
