Fan Production Operator (C)

Arden, NC

The Arden campus offers world‑class technical centers and a cutting‑edge manufacturing facility that designs and produces turbos, fan, and fan‑drive components. This role is responsible for producing quality parts throughout the entire process.

• Mark fan discs
• Operate injection‑molding machines
• Set up tooling and hand deburr parts
• Cut blades to diameter using an auto‑saw
• Perform balancing and correcting duties
• Ensure accurate packaging and labeling
• Complete paperwork and/or product data entry into PC
• Perform quality checks using gauges
• Manage individual scrap
• Perform other duties as needed

• 1+ year industrial work experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft products
• Ability to read blueprints
• Injection‑molding experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience with gauges
• Attendance on the job is essential
• Team‑work orientation
• Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and regulations

This position will adhere to the Borg Warner Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, and practices, using personal protective equipment as required, and reporting unsafe situations immediately to the team lead.
