We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging product design and production by reviewing designs for manufacturability, developing production documentation, and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality production processes.

• Review product designs and identify opportunities to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Create and maintain production drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Generate laser cutting nests to optimize material utilization and production efficiency.
• Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Support production operations by troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing process improvements.
• Assist with new product introductions and transition designs into production.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings and designs for manufacturability (DFM).
• Proficiency with CAD software and technical drawings.
• Experience creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, or metal manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of nesting software and material optimization techniques.
• Experience supporting production environments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
