Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

, you will supervise production operations on the 3rd shift at our Pinetops, NC facility, leading the unit to meet production targets and uphold quality standards.

• Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi‑finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing when integrated with production lines.
• Perform work manually or by using light hand tools.
• Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Manufacturing plant environment requiring occasional lifting of materials, climbing stairs/ladders, and standing for extended periods. Frequent use of computers for data entry, monitoring, and communication. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toed shoes is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools as needed.
• Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
