Job Overview

Spherion is seeking Assemblers in Arden, NC. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for assembling large electrical boxes according to specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in reading blueprints, and experience using basic hand tools. • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to assemble electrical breaker boxes accurately.
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
• Ensure all parts fit correctly and are properly aligned during the assembly process.
• Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of assembled breaker boxes.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power tools.

• Must be able to stand for a full 10‑hour shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
