General Machine Operator

Ameri Staff Employment & Staffing Solutions is looking for a Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Mayodan, NC.The Machine Operator is responsible for operating assigned equipment during their shift while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company and ISO quality requirements.

• Operate designated machinery during assigned shift
• Operate various blow molding machines
• Perform work within established standard cycle times
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Follow supervisor direction regarding assigned products and machines
• Inform supervisor of equipment issues or unsafe working conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
• Complete required training on products and equipment as assigned
• Operate forklift (only if trained and certified by Blow Molded Solutions)
• Assist with housekeeping and additional duties as assigned by Group Leader

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Follow all plant safety rules and procedures
• Do not operate equipment unless properly trained
• Report any workplace injuries immediately to a supervisor
• Maintain a neat, organized, and hazard-free workspace

• Understand and adhere to company quality policies
• Maintain access to quality documentation as required
• Follow ISO procedures and know where to access manuals and information
• Understand how individual performance contributes to overall company quality objectives

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties and repetitive movements
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and production standards
