We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented lathe programmer to join our team in Snow Hill, NC. We are looking a lead person to take over the daily management of our jobs in our lathe area and support the family culture of the shop.
$25.00 - $35.00 hourly based on experience, Quarterly Bonuses

10 Hour Workdays- 6am-4:45pm
Day Shift
Monday - Thursday (as needed on Fridays)
2 Year Degree in Machining, or 5 Years Relevant Experience
- Must be able to program with Gibbs Cam software
- Ability to Read and Interpret Documents such as Drawings, Work Orders, and Instructions.
- Strong Math Skills, Including Fractions, Decimals, and Metric Conversion.
- Knowledge of Metal Cutting and Machining Practices.
Applicant must be familiar with 2 axis and Y axis turning centers.
