Brewer- Wisdom Brewing

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Brewer to join our team at the all new Wisdom Brewing located in historic downtown North Wilkesboro, NC. As a Brewer, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality beer while maintaining our equipment and ensuring a safe work environment. If you have a love for brewing and a commitment to craftsmanship, we would be thrilled to hear from you.

• Prepare and brew beer according to established recipes and standards.

• Monitor fermentation processes and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal product quality.

• Maintain brewing equipment, including cleaning, sanitizing, and conducting regular inspections.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the brewing process.

• Collaborate with team members on new recipes and product development initiatives.

• Assist in inventory management of raw materials, ensuring timely ordering of supplies.

• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the brewing process to minimize downtime.

• Participate in quality control testing to uphold our brand’s standards.

• A passion for brewing with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a brewery or similar environment preferred.

• Knowledge of beer styles, ingredients, and brewing techniques is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

• The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• A commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times.

• A willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-evolving industry.
