What you will do:- Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory following standard operating procedures.
- Accurately count, verify, and document material quantities, locations, lot numbers, and part numbers.
- Enter count results into ORACLE in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify, research, and report inventory discrepancies; assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Work with supervisors and cross‑functional teams (warehouse, production, quality) to resolve inventory issues.
- Maintain organized, labeled, and accurate storage locations to support inventory accuracy.
- Participate in physical inventory counts as required.
- Follow all safety rules, quality standards, and housekeeping (5S) expectations.
- Perform general material handling tasks as assigned, including receiving, stocking, picking, and moving materials.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
- Experience with cycle counting or inventory control preferred.
- Basic computer and data entry skills; ORACLE knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to read work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Forklift certified.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lift 20–50 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Employee Type: Exception Hourly
Salary Minimum: $35,000
Salary Maximum: $45,000
