To maintain all parts areas and inventory on a daily basis. To assist in the ordering of parts, supplies, and equipment.

• Bar coding parts and putting on shelf and keeping an accurate inventory
• Ordering and receiving parts and equipment
• Keeping supply area clean and orderly
• Completing all paperwork daily
• All parts areas are to be kept neat and clean.
• Bar code and label parts upon arrival.
• Arrange and store parts in appropriate bins.
• Order parts when needed and ensure stock is in appropriate and designated location.
• Keep accurate inventory records and assist in completing month‑end reports, enter inventory count in automated system.
• Count and maintain boiler fuel inventory and other crucial items expected to be in stock and available for use by Production Dept when needed.

• Ability to read and write.
• Excellent attendance
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of how to use parts catalogs.
• Ability to use a calculator to perform addition and subtraction functions.
• Must be able to climb 1 to 2 flights of stairs frequently.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Able to operate a “Bob Cat”, case loader, forklift and other rental machinery.
• Maintain all working areas by keeping them clean and neat at all times.
• Must be a self‑starter and operate this department with a minimum of supervision.
• Able to assess a situation and formulate a proper course of action.
• Use equipment in a safe manner as instructed by management.
• Work safely and observe all safety rules.
• Hazards may and include, but are not limited to cuts, burns, slips and trips.

• Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.
• Expected to perform other duties as assigned.

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, operate forklift and bob cat machinery, and work in environments with noise, heat, chemicals, electrical hazards and other mechanical risks. Physical demands include frequent walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. Operators must observe all safety rules and use protective gear.
