Bison® in Whitsett, North Carolina is seeking a Gear Manufacturing Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and lead performance improvements. The role focuses on the production of spur, helical, worm, and bevel gears.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of gear manufacturing experience and a strong understanding of gear geometry, CNC machining, and lean manufacturing principles. This position offers the chance to work hands-on and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
