CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking qualified candidates to operate sit-down powered industrial trucks in the Rural Hall, NC area. These openings are on the 2nd shift:
Monday-Thursday, 4:15pm – 2:15am.
Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
- Move goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
- Stack goods in the correct storage bays while following inventory control instructions
- Ensure loads are secure
- Stack empty pallets
- Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging the forklift's battery and lubricating equipment
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Place materials on production line
Desired Background/
Skills:
- 2 years forklift experience required
- Required to provide a Resume
- Must be proficient in math, language and reading
- Must be able to regularly sit on a powered industrial truck
- Must have the ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights
- Must have the ability to work in varying temperatures
