Forklift

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Forklift to join their team. As a Forklift, you will be part of the warehouse and production support teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient material handling. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: East Flat Rock, NC

Pay Range: DOE

Shift: 1st shift at warehouse: 7 am - 3 pm; 3rd split shift at plant: 11 am - 7 pm

• Receive and pull raw materials and finished goods for all production departments
• Deliver shipments to various departments and keep accurate records of all moves and adjustments
• Load and unload trucks using forklift and/or pallet jack
• Interface with truckers for outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and samples are secured
• Verify schedules, separate and discard waste materials, and follow all safety and operational procedures

• Preferably 1-2 years of forklift experience
• Ability to obtain or have a forklift license
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
